Booking Policies

Bookings

  • All appointments are made through my online booking system. 

  • You'll receive a confirmation message once your booking is locked in.

Deposits

Facials 

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.

  • This amount is deducted from your treatment total on the day.

  • If you need to reschedule, your deposit transfers as long as 24 hours notice is given.

  • Cancellations or reschedules under 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.

Dermalux LED

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No Shows 

  • Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment.

  • Late cancellations (<24 hours) forfeit the deposit.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment before booking again.

Late Arrivals 

Packages 

  • lease arrive on time so you can enjoy your full treatment.

  • If you’re 10+ minutes late, your treatment may be shortened.

  • If you’re 15+ minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited.

Pregnancy & Medical Conditions

Add Ons

  • Please advise me of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy so I can tailor your treatment safely.

 Gift Vouchers

Waxing and Tinting 

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (yay for long flexibility!).

  • Vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
