Bookings

All appointments are made through my online booking system.

You'll receive a confirmation message once your booking is locked in.
Deposits
-
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.

This amount is deducted from your treatment total on the day.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit transfers as long as 24 hours notice is given.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No Shows

Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% (including the deposit price)

No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment before booking.
Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full treatment.

If you’re 10-15 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients

If you’re 15+ minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

In both cases the full treatment price applies.
Pregnancy & Medical Conditions

Please advise me of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy so I can tailor your treatment safely.
Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (yay for long flexibility!).

Vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
